Full, definitely full

Full is great to establish scene and relative scale (size) of the characters. Cropped is best for action and anything more intimate or personal connections. So both are good for respective use case and scene within the storyline.

As much as I want to say full because LEGS, cropped will probably be better since it looks clearer on smaller screens, and most people will probably see it on their phones
