Hmm, given what she had planned I am sorely tempted to just leave her to her smooth plasticy fate, and given that she is part coated already I am not sure if she can even be saved from it, the goop does have a definite animation of its own and from earlier ones with partial coverage of our agent seems to go for the head to prevent a victim from being able to want to escape

The only question I have, is if she was going to just kill us last time, why would it be any different this time? Hell, last time we showed we were wanting to help her and she backstabbed us. I don't know why now appearing like we don't want to help her will mean she won't kill us again? I will be annoyed if sparing her now is the correct answer, and it's just arbitrary as to why she won't kill us now. Only thing I can imagine is the partial conversion means she lacks some functions that stop her from doing it. Maybe slower or something. But without that, it'll makes the last one feel cheap.

But if she turns then they will learn that we are here, as well as the whereabouts of the other agent! That’s a BIG nope!

Gabeny

Just because I did it to you, doesn't mean you should do it to me!

Gabeny

Well, I can't say THAT... After all your bitch of a friend left me to turn! You trust me as much as I trust you!

PyroJack24

I'm going to side with freeing her, much as I want to see her become a Boogie now... But I am concerned for this choice. Cassandra is wearing a special agent suit that allowed the majority of the electricity to pass through the suit instead of her. It's a HUGE risk leaving her, yes, but can SHE survive the sheer voltage we'll be blasting through her? She doesn't have Cass's suit, after all. Even so, three heads will eventually be better than one. ... Ozone, I hope you make note of that, a Cerberus Boogie Bad End could be insanely hot, be it Cass is fused with others or her head splits into three. Though it's also sus for her to say the other agent told her to "wait for us" when she already said she doesn't trust us because Agent B left her in the bad end... Frankly, I'd rather see her become a Boogie than a burnt piece of charcoal or suffering side effects from the shock that could slow us down. But that's my two cents.

She betrayed us once, she'll do it again

Important reminder for anyone who may have forgotten: the button should electrocute the goop off her, not release her. Whoever got the idea that pushing the button will release her is just plain wrong. The proof of this is in the earlier parts of this very adventure, go to part 4 and you'll see for yourself. The ONLY reason we should be hesitating is that the sticky note pointing to the button has a bell on it, which is honestly super worrying to me, and also her prior behaviour wasn't very encouraging...however, it can be explained away as her wanting to get out of the machine by however means possible. She just said she doesn't want to be converted and look what's happening to her tits, she's /being converted/ as we speak, so it's plausible that she was lying in order to get out of the situation faster. Now that she knows we're leaving her behind however, she's trying to appeal to us because that's the only option she has left. If the mechanics of the story are the same and this isn't yet ANOTHER trap, she'll be saved, won't turn into a boogie, and therefore won't alert the rest- remember, again, "when one sees, they all see", and if we let her convert, she would have seen us, and then they all will. Bad idea! This alone is compelling reasoning enough to ME at least to want to save her, regardless of what worrying implications that sticky note may possess...

Okay so... here's the logic I'm working on -Assuming that button electrocutes the boogie goop off of Leah, but also sounds an alarm, the boogies will only know that SOMEONE was in that specific area. All we would need to do is hide or change location VERY quickly, and hopefully we've gone into that vent more than the boogies have... -Abandon Leah, the boogie will take her over and now the boogies have far more info to go off of. Not to mention if she is taken, she is liable to be released and begin following us, making the adventure ahead far harder. -We are also far enough away (for now at least) that even if Leah is released and wants to betray us, she can't just chuck us into the machine without us walking up to her. -If Leah chooses to be a good girl and actually work with us, she is suddenly a second body for us in a situation where two people are needed. If I learned anything from video games, it's that having a second person on hand in these kinds of situations is ALWAYS convenient. Of course she could also be a liability since she doesn't have the advantage of the suit that we have, but... well, hopefully she knows how to hide. With that in mind... really hope we don't go on another game-over streak...

How about we DON’T give Ozone ideas that could be used against us? Please?

Anonymous

It's not necessarily a bad idea per se, but you know what I mean.

Silvris

Let's press that button. We can't allow any info about us and our plans to get to the collective. And with her "inclusion", they would get far to much info.

Gabeny

I get it I get it, I’m too much of a threat to risk me falling to the other team. Really it’s flattering how scared you guys are of me

All I’m gonna say is fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on us, tho it’s a bit backwards, either way, if it’s another trap we’ll then trust no one…

Anonymous

Well, there's nothing saying the other agent didn't get captured like the main character did, in that case, her suit might have gotten taken and thrown in a locker like the main characters did, in that case you have +1 body, and another suit that gives them the ability to be handy. - Given I have my doubts the original agent is even around anymore, after making noise like she supposedly did in the beginning

Trust no one not even yourself

...the sticky note continues to bother me, I realize it's a sketch of the door. Whaaaat if going through the door or opening it trips some kind of alarm? Maybe not going through the door right away is a good idea? Maybe saving Leah is a good idea?? That note isn't there for no reason, it has to mean /something/. Maybe Leah knows another way out, so saving her will benefit us in that manner? I'm really not sure. I just dunno, the suspense is killing me. I only hope we've made the right choice.

Whell the boogie hivemind is inteligent, so if it takes her over It wold lern about the us, the last agent and our aproximate position.

seriously, again?
