Given she's a demon, but also an AI entity, could play into that where maybe her pregnancy is initially normal, but then something or someone causes her to experience a radically altered pregnancy, and now she's going to birth something entirely different from what she was expecting. Alternatively, the pregnancy could play into her original programming, which was much more promiscuous, and she's now insanely hyped about whatever she's going to give birth to, perhaps even becoming addicted to it before she's done delivering her offspring

With the kingdom expanding Albedo feels Lord Ains need an heir, but with him being a Lich it's not so straightforward. So she plans on using a Darkseed, a gem she wears as jewelry, and convinces Ain to infuse it with a great deal of his power and essence as a gift. Being impregnated with a Darkseed would normally be too much for a normal individual, but Albedo is confident she can do it and can't wait. Finally, it is ready and she implants herself with it by pushing it in. Followed shortly by a first expansion (to 6 months) Later on she confronts Shaltear (her love rival for Ains) in the Throne room where she shows off her pregnancy to her, all with a shocked Ains in the background. The egg reacts to his presence with another growth spurt to 8 months. Optional; The pregnancy is wearing Albedo down so she reluctantly indulges on substances to fuel her pregnancy. Being a succubus that means sex with "willing" male prisoners, one of whom acts as the (player POV). For the birth scene, it be akin to one from a horror movie (given the evil entry within, maybe Albedo would have to be restrained. Someone suggested a skeleton baby, but I'm not so sure about that image, so was thinking maybe the egg becomes larger, maybe being completely pitch black. Ends with Albedo cradling it in her arms and speaking of the unlimited potential it will have for the future of their kingdom.
