Do you hear the song in your head first ? Or do you just form it as they go ?

Where can we find your interviews?

How long from start to finish does it normally take for you to make a video like Seltzer or Future?

jackstauber

I'd say a whole day. I get sucked in when I'm making something and lots of hours go by.

Just wondering, are you using those chord buttons a lot of those old keyboards have on the side?

Jack, you have to remember to sleep sometimes! You’re giving us all way too much great content in such a short amount of time!

Another lovely tune, love you man... Even if it is for 30s.

How do you find time do to this and get work done in college? Which do you take more seriously, and if you could would you do music and cartoons full time?

Asking as a college freshmen leaving in 2 days With hobbies that’d I’d like to have take off into something hopefully but I don’t know how or if I’d be able to juggle it with classes

Oh jeez this is good.

I actually graduated in the spring this year, and to tell you the truth it was a very difficult balance near the end. I think that a lot of my motivation came from not taking classes where I had to make a lot of art. I'd never discourage taking art classes and learning traditional methods of making things, (the few art classes I took were incredible) but I think there was a lot of motivation to make when I was just out of classes that DIDN'T utilize those skills. That's me personally, though. I took school as seriously as it needed to be taken, I’d say. My degree was in Marketing, and although I rarely found a lot of required classes very interesting (plenty of accounting and corporate jargon,) I am really glad I pulled myself thin for a couple years, there. I knew I'd be making art and music regardless of whether it was received well, and I was learning new things. This is a long-winded answer, but here's the bottom line: There will be times when you trade your sleep for hobbies, there will be times when you trade your hobbies for school. It won't be a life sentence, they give it back to you at the end of class. You start college with the intention to finish it, but remember why you go there in the first place, too. If there are greater prospects elsewhere, be open to them. If you really love those hobbies you'll keep juggling them even after you accidentally drop everything the 8th time. Also go to the library a lot, those rule. Best of luck.

I know records are planned for the shop, but have you ever considered official cassettes?

jackstauber

I haven't looked into this as much yet, but will keep it in mind! I do enjoy the design capabilities for tapes.

Dripping eye dececting me. Cut my life expectancy. Held me under close respection, left me in a dream, stop… pout… hear me out, no less, those eggs aren’t dippy and I don’t want to die, without feeling love too, i wanna be close to you, the eggs aren’t dippy and I don’t want to die, without pulling your tooth, I wanna be close to you (Alright) and singin’ a softer tune.
