My biggest trigger in life is when people try to belittle me or talk down to me. I hate when someone makes me feel like I'm less than them for not knowing things or not doing things "the right way". The anxious perfectionist and the anxious little sister in me fucking rages when this happens. And THIS is how you talk to someone like me. 😌❤️👌

Thank you!!! I needed this and currently listening to it since I’m driving in the rain and I’m getting anxious because everyone is acting like it never rains ❤️ love from Arizona!!

There is no greater hell on earth than driving in the US and I'd probably just lie down and die rather than deal with that BS ever again. It's not about driving on the 'other side of the road'. I've driven all over contential Europe... like Italian drivers are a normal level of 'woah crazy am I right?' In the US? Psychotic. It's an unnatural level of mildly-aggressive vs totally psychotic. Basing this on science and personal experience behind the wheel in Nevada, Austin and having ever spent time in any vehicle in NYC.

Went to NY for a couple of days right as covid kicked off, as a photographer and artist the only footage I have of the *entire* trip - my most precious memories - is about 15 minutes from the airport, stuck in traffic and some guy is prying at my (taxi) window screaming 'you're a cunt, you're a little cunt', which is harsh but fair.
