Good news everyone: I was able bring my recording PC back to life, using a magical Windows Restore Point that I didn't even know I had 😍 I've immediately given those helpful things a bit more storage space in case it happens again, and found out a corrupt file that has been tidied up in the process. Result!

I went back to work instantly and recorded that tip I hinted at yesterday: how to deform furniture items with your sitting characters, using the magic of Smoothing Modifiers. This was a tip from James O'Rell in a chat comment during the last stream, and I thought this would make a for a great tutorial. This trick might not work with every object, nor does it play well with multiple characters indenting the same object, but with a bit of "outside the box thinking" it'll make for another nice trick in the DAZ toolbox.

I haven't had a chance to put a music bed underneath it, so here's an early access cut for y'all. Enjoy!

In this episode I'll show you how to make a sitting indentation in your furniture items using your figures, with the magic of something called a Smoothing Modifier.
