I suggest Revue Starlight and BangDream. In Revue Starlight are among others the Voice actres from Umi(Muse), Lea(Saint Snow) and Shiroku(Nijikasaki) from Love Live :-) and the story is unique. Bang dream is lovely and the Music is amazing.

Vitamin summer, because it's during the summer, and Natsumi's the center. I'm sure you can see why it's my favourite ED. It feels like an extra mini OVA, than a regular ED. Nijiyon S2 starts in two weeks, if this will influence your watch order. My recommendation is D4DJ.
