At this point, I think only Gahyeon was underage - Yoohyeon and Dami were about to turn 20 (international age) so they were 19 here while Gahyeon was 17 here (she turned 18 less than 3 weeks after debut since her birthday is early Feb.). From a cultural standpoint, it's been relayed that it's the chest that's more scandalous (for both women and men) in some Asian countries. A low cut blouse and jeans on Gahyeon would be far more "not good" than short shorts and a sweater. (In fact if you watch them greeting, you'll catch some of them holding their shirt or vests as they bow so it doesn't gape open) That doesn't negate your comments - as you said there are people who look without good intentions and there are very much some moves that really shouldn't be given to minors or very young adults. In 01 that was circumstantial - that was Sua and Dami (Dami has the ponytail!). lmao at this time, Wooyoung would have been barely 18 - when he did Bad, he was very much an adult. Those two that did that moment were Jiu and Siyeon (adults). That's Yoohyeon, she's technically an adult, but yeah that could get some dicey looks. Gahyeon is all the way by the door and not anywhere near focus. Ya know I actually just noticed this - the end point where you had it paused. That's Dami's kind of "unimpressed and about to kill you" look that she has when she's rapping. 7 years on and I'm still finding things sheesh.

Well if you consider their korean age, Gahyeon turned major barely 15 days after the video was posted. I personaly wouldn't consider her as a minor and she definitely wasn't when they debuted.
