Thus far we've followed Quin and Rosa's life literally day by day but I think I'm about to start moving time a bit quicker for awhile just to let things develop.  During this time I am tempted to have Rosa's demonic heritage begin to assert itself as she practices her magic.  I am torn however as she is pretty darned cute the way she is now.  I thought I'd check in and see what you all thought.

Should Rosa's appearance begin to change?

This might be 90% a fapfic, but magic should always have a price in my opinion. Whether it’s because you’re cheating the laws of physics and the universe doesn’t care for that, or earth bound bodies aren’t adapted for divine power, something should reflect that Rosa is making the unreal real in a serious way. I know she’s not throwing fireballs or anything like a dnd wizard, but this seems to be a fairly grounded lowish fantasy world, and magic is rare for a reason in most of those

Rosa's in a funny place atm. She's not tapping or channeling magic directly, she's 'borrowing' it and making it dance for her. The cost might not be as steep for her in a system like you've laid out. Food for thought though, thank you.

Can't wait to start this. I know ... What am I doing already. Some much investment by the readers, it sounds fantastic from all the snippets and polls. I'm not voting, it's not my story to guide, fellow readers 😉, love to see the choices though.

IMO the first is pretty good (by my standards). The sequel is a bit all over the place. But when you're laying tracks in front of a moving train you kinda get what you get. lol

If Rosa could have temporary demon transformation (skin and eye color change, growing of tail) while practicing magic, We could have both cute Rosa as well as demon Rosa as we move forward.
