[BIG Annoucement] It's Fanbox Bugs or something (Pixiv Fanbox)

Hello guys.. I found issue on fanbox platform.. At first i don't realize it. I mean, i got notification on fanbox that someone has subscribe me as master tier. [Image 1] Then i got check my email too, and it said 'Username' of the user are subscribe me as master. [Image 2] But.. when i see it on the fanbox list, the username are not there! [Image 3] and i don't know why the username are on 'Followers' list! [Image 4] >,< then i click the details, i've shock that user are already fans since last month! [Image 5] So i'm really sorry if you already subsribe as my fans but i don't send the link reward. I've got no idea why you are not get into the list.. I will check 1 by 1 on my followers and if you are already fans, i will send the link to you.. I'm trully sorry for this :(
