This is a false positive from your antivirus. It can't check the password archive and thinks it's a virus. Disable your antivirus, download the archive with pictures, decrypt it with a password, enable your antivirus again.

If your "defender" or antivirus swears at a file, this is a false reaction to a password-protected file. The anti-virus cannot check the archive because of the password. Disable your antivirus, download the file, unzip using password, enable your antivirus again. I can't post a link in the clear without a password. Hosting will destroy the archive storage.
